		<description>Not really. I am not saying anything overly derogatory about the company, per se. I am just expressing my surprise at the exit interview process. Like I said, during the exit interview I did not put anyone nor the company under the bus. Now, that said, assuming someone from the company is reading this, I probably won&#039;t be working for the HR rep who gave me the exit interview anytime soon ;-) . And, given that I left after just a year anyway, I imagine there is some sort of flag next to my name; maybe not a black flag, but somewhere in the grayish range ;-)</description>
