Except Yugma ..I try all the said products before finally settling down to http://www.gomeetnow.com software 3 months ago. In all of them my experience with Gotomeeting was not as good because of its complex functionings which is only helpful to the one who have sound knowledge of the product...

Nice write up. I went through a similar eval. And then I came across Yugma. I'm now a big fan. Been using for about 3 months. Its working great for my daily / weekly project team meetings! I recommend to others! I started with free version for a while. But now using premium version. Hey, for less than 50 cents a day... a great value considering how it helps me get things done. I read they have new release coming out soon. looking forward to seeing what they do.

Hi Charlie,

Right now, I am a one person company (well, I am partnering with my brother on one idea) with no customers just yet. But, I imagine if I grow and gain a bunch of customers, I may go for the pay version.

yugma has been my pick for a while now. we switched early last year and haven't looked back. in my company, we do our virtual team meetings, company-wise online conferencing and customer meetings through this product. i know some people use the free version just fine - but it's great that with the $10/month level, your customers don't have to have an account. i can't say enough good...this has saved our budget and made the entire company happy.

(and i use it with my un-tech-savvy mother to keep her up to date with my family across the country. that's how easy it is!)
