<p>A little long, and not orthodox, but if you watch it, notice the questions asked. The interviewer (Charles Torre) did not berate the reasons as to why Robert Scoble left. It was professional and the questions were very good: &#8216;What do you see as successful for you in 5 years?&#8217;, &#8216;Would you work for Microsoft again?&#8217;</p>
<p>I think <a href="http://joelmarcey.com/2007/10/06/my-exit-interview-was-not-a-pleasant-experience/">certain people</a> could learn from this (and I know <a href="http://joelmarcey.com/2007/10/08/moving-on-out-with-the-old-in-with-the-new/">I said I wasn&#8217;t going to harp on this anymore</a>, but I felt this was worth it)</p>
